FAQ’s (For New Patients)

  • Do I need to arrive in advance for my appointment?

For a new osteopathic patient, please allocate 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment to complete a short intake form.

  • Do I need to prepare anything before my appointment?

Prior to your appointment, please determine what are your treatment goals and expectations. Clients are also asked to provide comprehensive information about their medical history for a detailed initial assessment. This also includes relevant diagnostic imaging reports such as X-rays, ultrasounds, MRIs, etc.

  • What should I wear to my appointment?

We recommend wearing flexible and comfortable clothing, such as gym or yoga attire. The postural evaluation involves posture and gait analysis and full-body assessment for a range of motion, while the treatment involves ample maneuvering. Wearing flexible clothing will facilitate the process and make the session much more comfortable for you.

  • What should I expect my treatment to be like?

Every treatment is unique to each individual. A client’s treatment will be designed specifically based on their assessment, their tolerance to pain, and home care education.

  • Is there anything I can do to ensure my treatment’s success?

One of the most important things a client can do to ensure their ultimate well-being is to do their homework adequately! Our professional osteopath will help you identify any imbalances and coach you on the correct methods to solve them. In this manner, you’ll be able to apply these techniques at home to achieve the best results.

Begin your journey towards well-being.
